Before placing an order

Review the product name, selected option, displayed price, quantity and delivery details before submitting payment. Product images can include room styling and separate props; only the item and inclusions expressly identified in the listing form part of the purchase. Do not infer dimensions, mounting fittings or installation suitability from a room photograph. Ask for clarification if a detail is important to your decision.

Prices and checkout

Store prices are stated in US dollars unless the checkout clearly indicates otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout before you complete the order. Standard shipping is free at an order subtotal of US$50 or more after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Below that threshold, the displayed checkout shipping charge applies. We do not add optional services without your selection.

Order review and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order information; if a problem such as an availability issue, payment failure or clear pricing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and explain the available resolution. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil a paid order and it is cancelled, the applicable payment is refunded. Payment providers may carry out their normal verification checks.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 consecutive hours after payment confirmation. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 7–15 business days, not guaranteed to a particular date. Delivery is to eligible United States addresses. Tracking information is emailed to the address supplied at checkout after dispatch. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and notify us promptly of a required correction. The Shipping Policy explains delivery assistance in more detail.

Cancellations, returns and remedies

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before dispatch. A confirmed pre-dispatch cancellation does not require a return before a refund can be handled. Return requests can be made within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Customer-preference return shipping is paid by the customer; reasonable related costs for seller or product errors are covered by us. Ordinary refunds are generally initiated to the original method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of a return, with payment-provider posting time additional. The Return Policy provides the process, without restricting non-excludable rights.

Your rights and communication

Keep your order confirmation and contact us with your order number if a question arises. No provision here excludes a remedy or protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If another store statement conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right takes precedence. Our registered address is not automatically the authorised return address; request instructions before posting a parcel.
