The store and these terms

Lunverol is operated by Lishui Kuaigou Wuyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. These terms explain use of our website, content and shopping features. Purchase-specific matters are addressed separately in the Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Privacy matters are described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible use

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when communicating or checking out. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s details, upload harmful code or use the site to infringe others’ rights. If an account is available, protect its login details and notify us if you suspect misuse. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or the appropriate permission where required.

Content and design information

The site contains product descriptions, visual presentations and brand content. Images may show styling arrangements and may differ in appearance across screens. Review the particular listing rather than assuming that scene furniture, fixtures or decorative props are included. Do not copy or commercially redistribute protected store content without permission or another lawful basis. You retain rights in your own submissions and must have permission for material you send us.

Availability and external services

We may update the site, correct errors or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Checkout and other functions can depend on Shopify or other service providers. Their services may have separate terms. Nothing here gives us a right to avoid an obligation already owed for an accepted order or a mandatory consumer remedy.

Problems, limitations and disputes

Contact us first if you encounter a problem so that we can investigate. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful misuse of the site or events outside our reasonable control. No exclusion applies where liability cannot legally be limited, and these terms do not remove statutory rights. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in effect; we do not impose a blanket waiver of lawful remedies through these terms.

Changes and contact
